[原文] [Ben Andrews]: OpenAI and Anthropic are currently decimating the white-collar workforce. We can expect total carnage in the legal profession, the accounting profession, anything that's pixel-pushing. Everybody thinks that there is something special they bring that AI can't. And I don't believe that's true at all. Greg,

Greg,

Ben Andrews]: you're the first person in Australia to successfully use AI agents to win a legal case. Most people in your shoes would go straight to a lawyer. You didn't.

[原文] [Greg Baker]: AI is better at lawyering than human beings. And I find a lot of lawyers just cannot believe that that could possibly be true. It's really soul-shattering to discover that you can be beaten by an algorithm. And while I have a lot of sympathy for lawyers, cry me a river. This is what happened to software developers over the last six months. If I'm deciding what to study or where to build experience, I don't want to spend 10 years going down a career path that AI just eats up.

Ben Andrews]: What do you think people should spend the next few years getting unusually good at?

[原文] [Greg Baker]: There's only a handful of jobs that'll be left over. University professor is not safe, accountant is not safe, business owner is not safe, lawyer is not safe, software developer is not safe. At the same time, we also have the robotics revolution happening. It'll take longer for robotics to completely decimate all of the blue-collar labor. But it will come. By about 2036, we would expect that very little blue-collar labor is being done by human beings. This crisis of identity is affecting every white-collar occupation. And if you haven't experienced it yet, well, worst case, it'll be three years.

[原文] [Ben Andrews]: Three years to what? Just two things before we get started. First is a big thank you for tuning in and supporting the show. We're just getting started, and your support means so much to us. Second, I've been so fortunate in my business journey to have mentors and advisers supporting me along the way. But not everyone has access to that kind of advice. This show is about opening that door, sharing real experiences from real operators and the people who have guided them. In business, it can be lonely at the top, but you don't have to do it alone.

Ben Andrews]: Thank you so, so much. Let's get started.
